The REIP is the newest member of the World Coordination Committee of the All Together Better Health
Recently (April 9, 2018), REIP (Regional Network for Interprofessional Education in the Americas - REIP, Spanish acronym) was accepted as a member of World Coordinating Committee “All Together Better Health” (WCC – ATBH). This achievement represents an advance for the newly created regional network.
The WCC-ATBH is a collaboration of regional networks focusing on interprofessional practice and education in health and social care. The committee includes representatives from regional networks across the world.
The aim of WCC-ATBH is to promote, support and sustain networks of interprofessional education (IPE) and collaborative practice (CP), and to establish and maintain communication between them.
The REIP, as part of this important committee, will allow for the strengthening of the network's actions to promote collaborative work and define the values, principles and concepts of IPE and CP in the Region of the Americas
