After completing 2 years of REIP's creation, new country representatives join the network's executive secretariat for the next biennium.

Colombia and Uruguay are the two new countries represented in the REIP secretariat, replacing Argentina and Chile.

IPE is the theme of a Brazilian event on pharmaceutical education and practice

The Brazilian Ministry of Health, through the Department of Pharmaceutical Assistance and Strategic Inputs (DAF) of the Secretariat of Science, Technology, Innovation and Strategic Inputs in Health, held on December 10 and 12, 2019, the VII Brazilian Congress on the Rational Use of Medicines (VII CBURM). The event, held in the city of Brasília, had as its central theme: "Challenges and perspectives for the rational use of medicines in interprofessional practice".
